"Smart Trip" is a planning aid. Information, prices and itineraries (including AI-generated ones or those gathered from open sources) are estimates for guidance only and may be incomplete or out of date.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for losses from relying on this information or from changes in prices, schedules or visa rules. Always verify with official sources and providers before booking. For campervan and camping trips, check that the site exists, its permit and fees, local camping rules, road safety and weather before you go.

Account

You are responsible for your credentials and the accuracy of what you enter. We may suspend abusive accounts. You may delete your account at any time from "My card" on the site.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the AI, attempt to hack the site, or submit unlawful, abusive or spam content. Daily limits may apply.

Ownership and sources

Your rights as a user

You have the right to use the site under these terms; to have your personal data protected under the Privacy Policy (access, copy, correction, deletion, objection and withdrawal of consent); to delete your account at any time; to complain or ask questions at the email below; and to everything guaranteed to you by the Constitution and federal law of the UAE, which cannot be waived.

Site owner's rights

The site owner keeps the intellectual-property rights in the design, content and logo, and the right to modify, suspend or restrict the service in whole or in part, set usage limits, remove violating content and suspend accounts that breach these terms, without affecting your legal rights.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws of the UAE, the site owner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, financial loss or lost opportunities arising from using or being unable to use the site, from third-party content or services (maps, bookings, campsites, service providers), or from AI suggestions. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as fraud, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
